Who is responsible for Shipping Costs?


LiquidationsPalletWarehouse has strong relationships with some of the nations leading shipping companies. We are able to get you a discounted shipping rate to save you money on your merchandise. We arrange the shipping for you. Just place your order online for any pallets, and shipping will be automatically calculated. How long does it take to deliver?


We are very efficient in our shipping times. From when payment is received until you receive your merchandise can take between 3-10 business days, Unless otheriwse discussed at time of order.

How do I order?


You may place orders with us in several different ways: Directly through our web site – just add the products that interest you to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to submit your order. Do I need a Tax ID or Business License to Order?


No. We do not require anything from you to order. We understand may people sell merchandise either full time or in their spare time. We sell to anyone and try to make it as easy and simple as possible for you to order.

Do you charge Tax?


No. We do not charge any sales tax. All you pay is the cost of the goods plus shipping. That’s it!

What payments do you accept?


We accept Bank Wire Transfers Only for All Purchases.

What is the quality of your products?


We liquidate all types of merchandise in many different categories. Be sure to see the quality of each specific item under the description of the product. We sell mostly overstock and shelf pulls, but we also offer customer returns merchandise as well.

How do I know what I am buying?


Some of our deals may have a manifest that is offered by the Liquidations Pallet Warehouse. Sometimes we offer a sample manifest to give you an idea of what you will be receiving. Some products that we sell are not manifested at all, and we will try to paint you a picture of what to expect. We are only interested in you making money so you can come back and order more confidently and consistently from us.

Can I arrange my own Shipping?

For Most Truckloads, Yes. Some Distribution Centers require us to use their own dedicated Shipping Companies. If you can have your goods shipped for cheaper that what we quoted you, then you are more than welcome to pick up your own merchandise. We have specific guidelines and procedures for doing so, so its best to contact us for more info. Keep in mind, its always easier for you for us to handle your freight.

Can I inspect the merchandise before buying?


No. Most of the merchandise we offer on our website, ships directly from the Liquidations Pallet Warehouse Reclamation Centers. They only allow trucking companies to pick up products. We will do our best to describe the mix of products and provide you a description and as much information as we have available , but these lots will come with an assortment of items within a product category without providing any kind of accurate breakdown as to the lot’s content.

What is your return policy?


All Sales are Final. We do not accept any returns for exchange, refund or credit. These again are the same terms that we have with our vendors. Any Deposits made to reserve a truckload are final and non refundable if the customer does not complete the order or pay the balance within 30 days, as the deposit is used to secure and reserve the merchandise.
